By accessing our website, submitting an order, making a payment, purchasing a digital report or software, registering for a class or webinar, or otherwise using a Numogist™ service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our services independently.
A person below 18 may use our services only through or with authorization from a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable law.

The exact features, inclusions, duration, access conditions and price applicable to a product will be those displayed or communicated for that specific offer at the time of purchase.
Personalized reports are generated using information supplied by the customer, which may include name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, numbers or other relevant details.
You are responsible for providing accurate information. Numogist™ is not responsible for an inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable output resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information submitted by the customer.
Astrology, numerology, prediction reports and related interpretations involve interpretive systems, methodologies and belief-based or traditional frameworks. Results should not be understood as scientifically guaranteed outcomes or absolute statements of future events.
References to favourable periods, opportunities, challenges, suitable numbers, colours, career indications, financial indications, relationship indications, house-related indications, job-related indications, vehicle numbers or other predictions represent interpretive guidance and not guaranteed results.
Numogist™ reports, software, classes and related content are provided for informational, educational, interpretive and personal-guidance purposes.
They are not a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal, investment, financial, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making significant decisions where such advice is reasonably required.
Numogist™ does not guarantee any specific financial gain, career result, employment outcome, relationship outcome, business result, health outcome, property acquisition, event, prediction accuracy or other particular result.
Your decisions and actions remain your responsibility.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer, purchase of Numogist™ software gives the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software according to the access conditions communicated at purchase.

Classes, implementation sessions and webinars may accompany certain products. Such sessions are intended for education, product understanding, implementation support or training.
Complimentary classes are additional benefits and do not create a cash value or separate refund entitlement.
Schedules, instructors, delivery methods or session arrangements may reasonably change due to technical, operational or unavoidable circumstances.
Customers who purchase an eligible Five-Year Prediction Report may be offered access to a complimentary monthly report-reading class, as communicated with the applicable offer.
The purpose of this class is to help participants understand how to read the report and interpret its sections. It is a complimentary educational support facility and is not a private personal consultation unless expressly stated.
Prices will be displayed or communicated for the applicable offer before or during the relevant purchase process.
Payments may be processed through PayU or another payment provider disclosed at checkout. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize payment of the amount shown for your order.
Prices and applicable taxes will be handled as displayed at the point of sale and in accordance with applicable tax requirements.
Certain products are delivered electronically. Personalized reports may be generated after successful payment and made available for immediate download and/or sent to the email address supplied by the customer.
Software access may be delivered through account activation, credentials, website access or another electronic method.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to your email account and compatible devices.
Digital reports, software, classes, webinars and other digital services are subject to the Numogist™ Return & Refund Policy.
Personalized digital reports are generally non-refundable once generation or delivery has commenced. Activated software access and commenced classes or webinars are also generally non-refundable, except where Numogist™ expressly agrees otherwise or where applicable law requires a remedy.
Unless otherwise stated, Numogist™ software, reports, methodologies, text, course materials, designs, graphics, videos, training content, calculations, interfaces, trademarks, branding and other original content are owned by or licensed to Numogist™ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to the purchaser.
You may use purchased reports for your own lawful personal use unless the applicable product expressly permits professional or commercial use.

Numogist™ may rely on third-party payment processors, hosting providers, communication services, video platforms, analytics services or other technology providers.
We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to address issues relating to services for which Numogist™ remains responsible.
We aim to keep our digital services reasonably available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, software updates or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on an "as available" basis, subject to any express commitments included with the specific product and any statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Numogist™ and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, speculative or special losses arising from reliance on astrology, numerology or prediction interpretations, personal decisions based upon them, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Numogist™ may restrict or terminate access where a user materially breaches these Terms, misuses software, engages in fraud, infringes intellectual property, compromises security or uses services unlawfully.
We may improve, modify or discontinue features or update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws and any legal right to bring a claim before another competent authority or consumer forum, disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction serving Bhanjanagar, Ganjam, Odisha, India.
Numogist™ may provide digital products to customers outside India. If mandatory consumer or privacy laws in your country provide rights that cannot legally be waived by contract, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permissible.
These Terms, together with the applicable product description, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, form the agreement governing your purchase and use of the relevant Numogist™ service.
